Overview: Fastline Courier Service offers an application for registered customers within the UAE to manage domestic deliveries.

• Users can view all of their shipments handled by Fastline Courier Express in the UAE.
• Users can submit new orders; single orders are supported and bulk uploads via file are available.
• Users can access their shipment history.
• Users can scan the tracking number provided to retrieve shipment history and current status.
• Account details are accessible to the user within the app.

Evaluation: The app aims to provide up-to-date information on shipments and account status for registered customers. It supports creating new orders (single or bulk) and returns an airway bill for attachment to the parcel to be delivered and collected by a driver. Users can monitor the status of pending shipments.

Navigation and visibility: Shipments are presented with status indicators, enabling easy viewing and search within the application.

Invoicing and profile: Invoices generated by Fastline are accessible in-app, and the user profile is viewable within the application.
